  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 lb scallops

  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, crab, rice, soup, mayonnaise, green onions, and Old Bay seasoning.

  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

  • Top with breadcrumbs if desired.

  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

 

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges or a side salad.
