This Summer Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad is a refreshing seasonal dish that combines juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and fresh greens, topped with a balsamic glaze and crunchy nuts. Perfect for summer lunches, BBQ sides, or light dinners, it’s a stunning mix of sweet, creamy, and tangy flavors.
3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
1 tbsp olive oil
2 balls of burrata cheese
5 oz arugula or mixed greens
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
¼ cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Brush the peach halves with olive oil and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and peaches are tender.
Arrange arugula or mixed greens on a platter.
Slice the grilled peaches and place over the greens.
Tear burrata into chunks and distribute over the salad.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and toasted nuts.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately while peaches are warm and burrata is soft.
