Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)

For the dill sauce:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked and easily flaked with a fork.

  4. While the salmon grills, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  5. Once the salmon is done, serve with the dill sauce and garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon slices.

Notes

  • For a slightly smokier flavor, try grilling with cedar planks.

  • Adjust the dill sauce to your taste by adding more lemon juice or dill.
