Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
For the dill sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked and easily flaked with a fork.
While the salmon grills, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Once the salmon is done, serve with the dill sauce and garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon slices.
For a slightly smokier flavor, try grilling with cedar planks.
Adjust the dill sauce to your taste by adding more lemon juice or dill.
