  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced

  • 4 cups water (for peach syrup)

  • 1 cup sugar (or honey/maple syrup for natural sweetener)

  • 4 cups water (for tea)

  • 4 black tea bags

  • Ice cubes

  • Extra peach slices and mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sliced peaches, 4 cups water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Brew black tea by boiling 4 cups of water, adding tea bags, and steeping for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let it cool.

  4. In a pitcher, combine the cooled peach syrup and tea. Stir well.

  5. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.

  6. Serve over ice with peach slices and mint if desired.

  • Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
