  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add ginger, garlic, and onion; sautรฉ until fragrant.

  4. Add curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Stir well.
