  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  • Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
