  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Warm tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mix. Toss to evenly coat.
  • Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sautรฉ the onions and bell peppers for 4-5 minutes until tender yet slightly crisp.
  • Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, squeeze lime juice over the mixture, and toss everything together.
