  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and a half cup of grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and toss to coat the noodles evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  • Add the spaghetti mixture to the dish, then top with the remaining meat sauce.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and the remaining grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Adjust baking time as needed.
