  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, sautรฉed garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with toasted French bread or crackers.
