  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • ยฝ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ยผ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ยฝ cup mushrooms, sliced

  • ยฝ cup spinach (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring well. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens.
  • Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix well.
  • Add drained pasta and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
  • Stir in spinach (if using) and let it wilt.
