12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
ยฝ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
ยฝ tsp salt
ยฝ tsp black pepper
ยฝ tsp Italian seasoning
ยผ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
ยฝ cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring well. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce thickens.
Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix well.
Add drained pasta and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
Stir in spinach (if using) and let it wilt.
