Cool off with this vibrant Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea! This refreshing mocktail blends ripe peaches, tangy raspberries, and bold black tea into a sparkling summer drink. Ideal for parties, brunches, or relaxing afternoons, it’s a beautiful blend of fruit and fizz without the alcohol.
2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
4 cups water
4 black tea bags
1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
1 cup sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5–7 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar (if using). Let cool.
In a blender, puree peaches and raspberries until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
Combine fruit puree with cooled tea in a pitcher. Stir well.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, add sparkling water and stir gently.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves and fruit slices.
For extra fizz, top each glass individually with sparkling water just before serving.
