Cool off with this vibrant Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea! This refreshing mocktail blends ripe peaches, tangy raspberries, and bold black tea into a sparkling summer drink. Ideal for parties, brunches, or relaxing afternoons, it’s a beautiful blend of fruit and fizz without the alcohol.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 4 cups water

  • 4 black tea bags

  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5–7 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar (if using). Let cool.

  4. In a blender, puree peaches and raspberries until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.

  5. Combine fruit puree with cooled tea in a pitcher. Stir well.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  7. Before serving, add sparkling water and stir gently.

  8. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves and fruit slices.

Notes

  • For extra fizz, top each glass individually with sparkling water just before serving.

  • Can substitute green tea or herbal tea for a different flavor.

  • To make it boozy, add a splash of prosecco or peach schnapps.
