  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1-2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
