  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in diced onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant and softened.
  • Add taco seasoning, salsa, and beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix to coat in the sauce.
