  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chicken broth, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
