Make your own Copycat Costco Chicken Bake with chopped chicken, crispy bacon, mozzarella cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in pizza dough and baked to perfection.     • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
    • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
    • 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For Homemade Pizza Dough (optional):
    • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
    • 1 1/2 cups warm water (110ยฐF)
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Make the pizza dough (if homemade):
    • In a bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and add the yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
    • Add olive oil, salt, and 3 1/2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
    • Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, adding more flour if necessary. Place it in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven:
    • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the filling:
    • In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, and Caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Chicken Bakes:
    • Roll out the pizza dough into large rectangles, about 8 inches long and 6 inches wide.
    • Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of each dough rectangle, leaving space at the edges.
    • Fold the sides of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal the edges tightly.
    • Place the Chicken Bakes seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush and season:
    • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder.
