  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup black beans, drained
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
