Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Ketchup, mustard, or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece and spoon a bit of beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese into the center. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges to seal and form a ball.
  • Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush each dough ball with the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.

Notes

  • Use mozzarella or American cheese instead of cheddar for a different flavor.
  • Add a pickle slice inside the bombs for a burger-like taste.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated for quick snacks or appetizers.
