Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes Skillet is the perfect one-pan recipe, featuring juicy chicken and crispy potatoes tossed in a savory garlic parmesan sauce.

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add cubed chicken, season with paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
  • Add minced garlic to the potatoes and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken and potatoes, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
