Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
