  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Nutella (or as needed)
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)
  • Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove from the pan and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Spread a layer of Nutella on each crepe and fold or roll.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries if desired.

Notes

  • Batter can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
