  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bring to a simmer, then stir in uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
