Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Return cooked chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
