These Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are the ultimate snack or appetizer! Made with biscuit dough, gooey mozzarella cheese, zesty pepperoni, and marinara sauce, they’re baked to golden, cheesy perfection. A quick and easy crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of marinara sauce in the center.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and a slice or two of pepperoni.
  • Fold the edges over the filling, pinching to seal.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

 

  • Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use store-bought pizza dough instead of biscuits for a different texture.
  • Try adding cooked sausage, mushrooms, or olives for extra flavor.

 

  • Brush with garlic butter after baking for extra taste.
