Roast beef sliders are an easy and flavorful appetizer or dinner idea. Loaded with tender roast beef, provolone cheese, and a savory butter glaze, these sliders are baked to perfection. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a quick family meal!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and horseradish sauce on the bottom buns.
  4. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese on top.
  5. Cover with the top buns.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the buns evenly.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Swap provolone cheese with Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella if desired.
  • Add caramelized onions for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
