  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds & green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
