White BBQ Chicken Subs are a mouthwatering blend of juicy chicken, creamy white barbecue sauce, and fresh toppings, perfect for quick lunches or family dinners.

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the white BBQ sauce.
